De Bortoli 'Old Boys' 21 Year Old Tawny is a classic tawny from the producer of some of Australia's premier styles. An array of aromas are on display with dark raisined fruits, mocha, hints of vanilla and nutty aged barrel characters. On the palate the flavours of mocha continue with a richly concentrated texture. A supreme long length leaves you with a smooth and lingering finish.

Erdinger Dunkel is a rich and smooth wheat beer specialty from Erdinger Weissbräu. It owes its full-bodied flavour to the fine hops and dark malt used in its production.

Brewed using fine yeast according to a traditional recipe and, in strict accordance with the Bavarian Purity Law. Even today, the beer is still bottle-fermented in the traditional way; it takes three to four weeks for Erdinger Weissbier to mature.

A grappa produced from Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes. Distilled in small batches in a copper pot still, this is subject to a double maturation. Firstly being matured for four years in barriques before a 6 month finishing period in barrels previously used for Sassicaia, the famed Super-Tuscan wine.

Martini Extra Dry is more highly perfumed and has a more lively personality than Bianco. Aromatization is more assertive in Rosso and the discernible presence of soaked herbs and the perfume clearly influence its taste. Clear and colourless, very forward aromatic nose, ginger, soft flavour, nice touch of bitterness in the finish.
