This expression was created from a mash that by law had to be no lower than 51% rye; following distillation it was aged in new charred oak barrels for 10 years. An ultra-aged tequila, 100% from blue agave, created from a perfect selection of raw material to commemorate the tradition and history of Jose Cuervo. The agaves used to produce it are harvested in full maturity and come from a single crop field. The tequila is first aged in French and American oak barrels. It is then blended with those tequilas to be found in the legendary demijohns of the cellar. Finally it is aged for another year in sherry barrels brought from Spain.

Matured in top quality edition Oloroso sherry casks, Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. Vinho is fully matured in used American oak wine barrels that have been toasted and re-charred in a way that brings out fruity vanilla notes from the wood into the whisky overlaid on a delicate background of complex fruitiness. It has a complex and multi-dimensional background of pepper, spice, dates and other fruits, such as ripe melon and mango together with kiwi and a delicate blend of bursting citrus fruits. A rich fusion of vanilla and caramelized sugars with dark chocolate on top. Pepper is also present in the background waiting to be noticed. This bouquet is simply a sensational feast to your olfactory organ.

This whisky is distilled from premium rice and is aged in white oak virgin casks. Aromas of sweet butter, caramel and spice lead way to flavours of sweet butter, toasted wood, licorice, clove and cinnamon with a long finish.

Deep copper colour. Notes of light peat with iodine and burnt wood. On the palate floral green malt, sweet candyfloss, vanilla fudge, nimble fruit accents of blueberry and raspberry are followed by salted caramel, butterscotch, roasted chestnuts, peach, dried flowers and white pepper.

Lore is a complex marriage of both classical Laphroaig styles and many ages of Laphroaig. This Barbados rum has been aged in Bourbon barrels before shipping to France for secondary maturation in Cognac casks from the Ferrand House. The result is a well balanced rum with a long finish, with a palate of chocolate, banana, coconut and mango.

El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, and tasty with mineral notes combined with red and dark fruit. Round velvety tannins lead to a soft subtle finish.

Full of aroma and flavour, Redbreast 12 Year Old benefits from a strong contribution from distillates that have matured in Oloroso sherry casks, giving it its trademark Christmas-cake character.

Louis XIII is made using grapes grown in Grande Champagne – the premier cru of the Cognac region. Provenance and time are the very essence of LOUIS XIII cognac. Each drop represents a finely tuned craft passed down from one generation of Cellar Master to the next. It has been slowly aged in old Limousin tiercons (traditional aged French oak casks). This expression “Finished in Port Casks” IS a limited edition (only 13 360 individually numbered bottles were produced). Maturation occurred in oak casks; some previously held Tawny Port and others previously held a fortified Portuguese wine produced in the Douro region. The nose is well-balanced notes of black and dry fruits (raisin, prune) roasted nuts, coffee, dried flowers, honey and toffee. The taste is smooth and subtle.
