Bulleit Bourbon is russet in colour, with a rich, oaky aroma. The unique high rye content in Bulleit Bourbon imparts a distinctively dry, clean flavour. Mello and smooth, Bulleit Bourbon has hints of vanilla, honey and a long, smoky finish.

This pre-mixed cocktail expertly blends the smooth honeyed notes of grain and spice of Canadian Club whisky with the sweet, candied notes of ginger ale.

Full-flavoured and rich with a deep mouth-coating texture, the taste is an intriguing balance between sweet, spicy and deep smoky flavours. Initially sweet as Christmas cake begins to soak into the tongue. A burst of winter spices sets off a smoky-spicy explosion countered by a sumptuous mid-palate of honey glazed smoked food and chewy treacle.

This is a blend of 70% Single Malt and 30% Single Pot Still whiskeys. Zesty spice aromas, with black pepper and peach notes. The pot still spice comes through on the palate, with dark chocolate and bourbon oak notes. The finish lingers pleasantly with hints of oak and butterscotch.

Aromas include sherry, Manuka honey, smoke, rich oak, and a little pine resin. Medium-bodied, with notes of date and walnut cake, Oloroso sherry, hints of earthy forest floor, malt, toffee apple and a touch of smoke. Spicy and long, notes of allspice, cinnamon and cloves, with orange zest and sherry.

On the nose, sweet, scented wood, wisps of pine resin, aniseed toffee, citrus and cayenne pepper. Flavourful with notes of smoked brown sugar, sugar coated walnuts and gentle spices.

The barley harvest for this 2013 vintage was raised on Islay by seven Islay farming partners. This single malt has matured in ex-American and ex-wine casks hailing from the Pessac-Léognan region of France. The first taste is a wondrous thing; all at once, the salinity, the fruit, the light peat smoke, and the sweet oak show their presence in a whirl of complexity to entice you. The aging from carefully selected oak allows a subtle almond note to combine with coconut, caramel, vanilla, and muscovado sugar. The peat smoke in this whisky is as beautifully balanced as ever, weaving through the components, highlighting them but not dominating. A dram that is gentle on the palate yet has a tremendous depth of flavour.

Straw yellow colour, with aromas of sea spray, bonfire smoke, damp earth and spicy cinnamon. Flavours of crushed pear, apple and freshly baked bread provide the perfect finish to this memorable melody.

Buttery pastries and brioche develop into aromas of toasted malts and sweet baking spices. The Palate is structured with a full body. Brioche quickly transitions into grassy notes. A slight woodiness balanced perfectly with vanilla and nutmeg. Refined and well-rounded. The finish is sophisticated and subtle. The soft spices and nutty malts balance beautifully leading to slightly sweet notes from the extra old cognac casks.

Warm raisin bread and baking spices surround notes of smoky barley on the nose. The Palate is powerful yet delicate. The silky texture gives way to baking spices and juicy grapes. Rich and balanced, with a hint of peat. The finish is long, very long. The subtle peat amplifies the soft tannins of the extra old cognac casks.

Heavy, thickly oaked and complex with smoke on the nose turns into warming, full blown peat and then followed by a sherry trifle note. The flavours develop into a really intense chocolate fudge that resonates through the palate.

Matured in top quality edition Oloroso sherry casks, Kavalan Solist Oloroso Sherry is bottled at the distillery, without any colouring or chill-filtration. It is a naturally smooth and rich whisky with a complex character. Clean and complex with multiple layers of dried fruit, nuttiness and spices, it has some marzipan and vanilla touches to it as well. Rich mahogany in colour with layers of heather honey, cinnamon, butterscotch and sticky raisins on the nose. Notes of mocha linger in the background lead into bursts of orange zest, heather honey and damson on the pallet. Lashings of mocha, dark chocolate, cinnamon, figs and dates persist in the lengthy finish.

The nose is quite thick and full. There is a beautiful sweetness with notes of toasty oak, toffee, spicy stewed fruits, a touch of resin and a lovely crème anglaise character. The palate is full and sublimely smooth with notes of stewed Bramley apples, malmsey, a touch of aniseed and a hint of spice. The finish is of good length with toasty oak notes and a creamy sweetness.

One of the smokiest noses from Islay. It's big, very, very concentrated, and redolent of iodine, sweet spices, good, mature sherry and creamy vanilla. Very thick and rich. A massive mouthful of malt and sherry with good fruity sweetness, but also a wonderful sweetness. Big, powerful peat and oak.

Quite dense and smoky on the nose, with smoked fish, bladderwrack, sweet fruit and peat. Full-bodied and peaty in the mouth, with ginger, ozone, dark chocolate, black pepper and a kick of chilli in the very long, smoky finish.

The whiskey is rich and dark with an aroma of baked apples, toasted oak and baking spices. The entry follows suit with a slightly sweet entry that immediately turns to dry, cut oak and a little smoke. Light gold colour, aromas of sweet orchard green apple, juicy sweet pears, delicate lavender honey, smooth vanilla cream and zesty sherbet lemon. On the palate an initial burst of citrus lemon zest and tangy grapefruit, then rich all-butter shortbread and soft baked apples which is followed by a hint of sweet sugared almonds. The finish is smooth and sweet with hint of toasted almonds.

The Glenlivet 18 Year Old is the perfect expression of age and elegance – balancing the archetypal ripe fruit notes of The Glenlivet with a drier, evocative oak influence.

It has a bold and spicy finish with a touch of peat.

This whisky is aged for 18 years in barrel, including 10 months in Brandy Casks. Very aromatic with notes of caramel, blueberry compote, raisins, dates and figs. On the palate caramel, corn syrup and blueberry compote; well grilled flapjacks, crispy bacon and butter syrup. The finish is rich and long, spicy and toasty.
