Chardonnay brings elegance, finesse, and minerality, Pinot Noir gives us body and structure, and Pinot Meunier brings weight and roundness to the wine. Beau Joie Brut is aged on lees for a minimum of 4 years. When Beau Joie Brut is disgorged, we add a very small amount of dosage to each bottle in order to highlight the fruit characteristics, while preserving lovely acidity and citrus notes.

This layered and sophisticated red blend exudes aromas of blueberries, crushed herbs and tobacco leaf with hints of dark chocolate and cedar oak. The palate reveals velvety tannins and a savoury palate with a well-rounded, persistent finish.

The Walking Fool is a lush, Zinfandel based blend. A silky scarlet red with luminous highlights, this wine opens with a lean earthiness the scent of rustic wood mixes with sweet spice, a whiff of cigar box, dusty pavement and old leather, infused with garden ripe strawberries and cherries. The palate is smooth and lively, featuring flavours of juicy raspberry, the subtle tartness of cranberry, and notes of espresso and smoked meat. Underlying acidity makes this wine mouth-watering, while its tannins lend a gritty yet softly fine texture. On the finish: a trace of vibrant cranberry, luxurious cocoa and an extra kick of spice.

The wine is led with dark chocolate, black cherry, melted liquorice, alder, forest floor, cassis, and cigar box. Savoury with balanced tannins.

This Margaux blend is comprised of 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 30% Merlot. Aging has occurred in French oak (30% new). Aromas & flavours are of fresh, light & perfumed red-fruits, principally redcurrant with a little cassis. Elegant and delicate wine.

Our blending took place on January 6 with Eric Boissenot and the Château team: this vintage is a real revelation! With its subtle aromas of gourmet fruit, this wine embodies the expression and "quintessence" of the Margaux terroir. Precision and elegance come together to reveal an explosion of flavours. Delicate, harmonious tannins envelop the palate, giving way to a long, voluptuous finish. A sumptuous vintage!

Bright cherry colour with violet nuances. Red berry aromas remain over the oaky balsamic notes from its one year barrel ageing. Shows an elegance in the mouth, yet lively with some spice back notes. A very balanced acidity.

Earthy notes combined with dark fruits, fennel and baking spice. Notes of sweeter berry fruit laced with more of those soily, forest floor notes. The palate is dense and concentrated with a plethora of fruit characters, plum, blackberry, mulberry, earth, iodine and black olive. Textural tannins that seem to persist in the mouth forever.

Exuberant, deep purple hue. Opulently flavoured and perfumed with firm texture and ripe tannins. Viognier lifts the rich, ripe Shiraz fruits and gives them resonance.

Ruby red with vermillion tints. Aromas of small red fruits, blackberry and floral violet notes. Intensely aromatic, powerful but full of finesse. Supple with balance between the finesse of the aromas and an explosive richness due to the concentration of the wine. Greatly expressive of the terroir.

Wafts of black cherry and dark ripe plum mingle with meaty savory notes and a touch of Earl Grey tea. On the palate blackberry pie, fig and pomegranate. The finish is smooth and balanced—the perfect ending to this finessed and elegant journey.

This delicate wine highlights the bright red berry, cola, and violet aromatics typically found in Niagara Pinot Noir. It is rich in dark fruit, earthy and full of minerals.

Big opulent black currant, blackberry, fig and raspberry with crushed rock violets, forest floor with a hint of black pepper. The tannins hit the front gums and are chunky with a velvety texture, the acidity is balanced and pushes the black fig and forest floor flavours all the way to the back of the pallet into the long, generous finish.

Fuedo Montepulciano pours bright brilliant red with purple hues. On the nose there are hints of small red and purple fruit along with licorice. Full bodied & well structured palate with soft well integrated tannins.

Sourced from select vineyards amidst the foothills of the Massif Central near the beautiful communes of Pézenas and Narbonne, FAT bastard Pinot Noir is a brilliant expression of the land from which it is made. The relatively high altitudes of the vineyards provide the optimal temperate conditions necessary for aroma and color development in the wine. Intense, cherry red in color with fruit-forward flavors of crushed strawberry and wild raspberry followed by delicate tannins and a long, smooth finish.

Crimson colour with purple hues. Rich aroma of ripe black cherry, smoky notes and hints of mushroom layered behind rich fruit. Flavourable with black plum, cherry and subtle notes of violets.

This is a blend of Petite Pearl and Chambourcin. Medium bodied red with dark and red fruit aromas and a savoury yet refreshing finish.

This plush, rounded Riserva offers rich tones of black cherry and plum wrapped in clove, allspice and cigar wrapper accents. The tannins are smooth yet coating, enveloping all that fruit. Bright acidity lends the needed support to make this a blunt yet enjoyable sip.

Our new “Red Wine of the World”, this red blend is sourced from famed regions of southern Australia, the Barossa Valley, and McLaren Vale. Mostly Shiraz with a small amount of Cabernet Sauvignon, Transit 1 is bold yet nuanced, featuring scents of smoky meat, chocolate, and wet soil. A hint of mint on the palate.

Aroma of ripe plums mix with rustic scents of the high desert - scrub brush, wild sage and saddle leather. The palate is silky and smooth with lush plums and grippy tannins.

Sassicaia 2019 spent 25 months in oak (one-third new). Quite pale in the glass, the nose is extremely graceful and intense with a lavender note enhanced by restrained bramble fruits, fermented citrus peel, an intense violet aroma and graphite minerality in depth. The attack is soft and full, the flavor savoury and cedary through to the finish, with integrated velvety tannins and lifted acidity. A perfectly woven structure is bound with signature freshness and fruit vibrancy, making this one for the long haul. Drinking window: 2022-2050.

A traditional 85% Cabernet Sauvignon and 15% Cabernet Franc blend, its blackcurrant, dusty, leafy and cedary character is brought into focus by an intense and balsamic palate. It's poised and light on its feet with super-fresh acidity and a fine-grained, almost imperceptible tannic structure. Ripe and tangy raspberry and blueberry fruits linger on the mid-palate, leading to a long, fresh finish with some cream and chocolate notes. This will reward cellaring into the 2050s.

This wine is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot sourced from vines 15-30 years of age. It takes its name from Marquis Mazzei's distinguished ancestor Ser Lapo, who is credited with authoring the first official mention of Chianti, on Dec. 16, 1398. It's fresh and structured, with dark cherry, blackberry, smoke and earth notes. A wine of depth and complexity that will cellar for a decade or more.

This wine is aged in French oak barrels previously used for Guidalberto and Sassicaia. It is released on the market three months after bottling. It is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Sangiovese. Aromas and flavours of blueberries, sliced mushrooms, currants, blackberry leaves, licorice and bergamot.

This wine is made in a Qvevri or egg - shaped clay pot. Possessing rich fruit aromas of dried apricots. A full - tasting wine with crisp green apple and white peach flavours.

Made primarily with the Mencia grape varietal. This wine is mostly red-fruited, very fresh and texturally inviting with some mineral notes.

Deep garnet color. Aromas of blackberry, cherry, forest floor, white pepper, slightly herbaceous. Sturdy with lively tannins, wild & earthy with noticeable acidity.
