Tignanello is made primarily with Sangiovese and a small percentage of Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc. The 2018 is a deeply intense ruby red colour. On the nose, it's remarkably complex notes of ripe red fruits, black cherries and sour cherries that merge with sweet hints of vanilla, mint and white pepper. The palate is rich, elegant and well - balanced.

Tignanello 2019 is a deep ruby red colour. It's nose offers exceptional complexity with notes of red fruits, strawberries, pomegranate, apricots, peaches in syrup, vanilla, dried flowers, chocolate, nutmeg, coffee, caramel and Mediterranean herbs. On the palate silky, vibrant tannins, roasted coffee, bitter chocolate with a lengthy finish.

This Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc blend has and intense ruby red colour. On the nose you find hints of black currant, blueberry and jam prunes, that blend perfectly with elegant notes of tobacco and licorice. Mellow tannins.

Deep garnet, velvety-red in colour, Bolla Amarone offers aromas of wild-cherry jam, spice and hints of cedar. It delivers rich, dry, black-cherry flavours and a finish that is long, round, and persistent with cacao and spice.

This oak aged wine is red ruby color with orange reflections. In the nose, intense and complex aromas of spices, licorice, cherry and vanilla. On the palate, the flavors are persistent and rich, with elegant tannins. A wine that has a good structure and a long length. According to the vintages, the Farnito can be kept at least 10 years.

Artas has a bright, deep, ruby red colour; a very pronounced, complex and ethereal bouquet with strong hints of fruits of the forest in perfect balance with sweet balsamic notes and the aroma of roasted coffee. The flavour is full, warm, soft and very enveloping with soft and elegant tannins. It finishes with a pleasant aftertaste of red fruits.

Dark crimson-red colour; full bouquet of ripe red fruits and cherry conserve, with notes of pepper and vanilla and hints of Mediterranean scrub; robust, concentrated, soft but very firm flavour with an elegant, lingering aftertaste of small black fruits conserve and licorice.

We invite wine lovers to succumb to the hedonistic allure of gorgeously sensuous Cabernet Sauvignon entwined with Shiraz, and the spiced vanilla of French Oak. A wine with curves where others don’t have places. Uninhibitedly richer, juicier, bigger, bolder – and proud of it.

The color is an intense deep ruby red. The aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruit, wild cherry and dried plums. On the palate is complex, balanced and full-bodied. A touch of sweetness from ripe tannins. Clear notes of ripe fruits and a generous body, combined with a long taste.

On the nose and palate, there are concentrated orange and yellow stone fruits, as well as notes of spice and zesty citrus.  The palate is full, textured and you are left with a lingering aftertaste.  It is an elegant wine with lingering nuances of honeysuckle and frangipani.

Full bodied with smooth, concentrated flavours of ripe fruit including cherries and plums. Notes of dark chocolate in the finish.

Medium ruby in colour; aromas of plum, black cherry and leather; medium body and dry with smooth well integrated flavours of red fruit, plum and cherry.

It has a typical, distinctive and complex bouquet with hints of cherry conserve and vanilla, balsamic, floral and ripe fruit notes. The flavour is dry, warm and concentrated with an elegant, spicy (black pepper), toasty, lingering aftertaste. Particularly robust and rich, it can keep for a long time and still improve.

Ruby-red with garnet highlights, aromas of withered roses, violets, tobacco, underbrush, spices, and a slight touch of vanilla. Dense, closely-woven tannins show on the palate, which starts out smooth, almost velvety, and then explodes with fruit, nicely balanced by a sharp freshness.

Castelgiocondo Brunello is a lively, luminous ruby -red colour with vermillion highlights. The nose offers a melange of berries, among which, blackberry dominates with floral notes of violets. Spicy black pepper and cardamom, followed by fresh notes of juniper, and toasted coffee and hazelnuts. The texture is dense with elegant tannins, full bodied. The finish is very long and warm; spicy notes are joined by equally intense fruity notes.

Elegantly restrained full body, tautly-structured with polished tannins and integrated acidity. The classic cassis, smoke and dusty spice flavours carry through on the intense, complex finish. A perfect match with medium-rare roast beef, or other red meats.

Merlot and Corvina grapes were hand harvested and fermentation occurred in barrels. Flavours of crushed black raspberry, black cherry, and plum compote. Very solid structure due to the elevated alcohol and the balance between soft tannins and acidity. Great with roasted meats, game, and mature hard cheese.

The vines are grown on low-vigour, stony, clay-rich soil, in a cool maritime mesoclimate. The naturally tiny yields of under 30 hl/ha and philosophy of expressing the terroir in the wines- give rise to a certain tightness, tannin line and elevated length to balance the richness and generosity of this Pinot Noir. Wonderfully high natural acidity and dense, complex, concentrated fruit flavours. Soft, “sweet” and generally shows hints of that alluring savoury “primal” character along with a dark, spicy, complex primary fruit perfume. Like 2009, another excellent vintage.

This 100% Sangiovese wine has been aged 12 months in French oak barrels and barriques, followed by a period of bottle aging. Intense ruby red colour. Fruity bouquet with red berry notes. Very well structured, mellow, long-lasting flavour with smooth, velvety tannins.

This elegant Shiraz exhibits notes of prunes, cardamon, tobacco leaf aromas with subtle hints of clove and white pepper. The purity of fruit on the palate are complemented by fleshy tannins that deliver a spicy and savoury finish.

The appassimento technique is used, whereby Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara are laid out on bamboo racks to concentrate their aromas during the winter months. Rich, powerful bouquet with aromas of baked fruit, cooked with herbs and spices. Cherry fruit preserve and cinnamon are the major components in a long-lasting and attractive finish.

Fresco Di Bianco is made with Garganega, Chardonnay and Pinot Grigio grapes. Can have slight cloudiness, as is typical for non-filtered wines. On the nose, rich aromas of white fruit, particularly pears, and flowery scents. Attractive and surprisingly full bodied on the palate, with a clear and evident fruity character, mainly based on the sweetness and acidity of pineapples. The finish is very fresh and clean.

The Refosco grape is used for this wine. Baked plums on the nose with hints of vanilla and cloves. Full-bodied on the palate with great richness provided by flavours of cooked fruit and cherries preserved in spirit. Very well balanced with good acidity and soft tannins.

This Nebbiolo grape based wine has been aged for 24 months in large oak casks. Note of small fruits, liquorice and tobacco are in beautiful balance with silky tannins.

Fresh red cherry, with a hint of sweet spice on the nose, the palate is crammed with juicy plums and blueberries, cinnamon and vanilla, with dark chocolate. The wine has velvety tannins and an uplifting fresh finish to balance the rich fruit.

Dark black wine with an inkiness picked up on the nose and palate. A nose of blackcurrant, chocolate, white pepper, cinnamon, raspberry and a hint of floral petals. An elegant wine with firm but supple tannins. Rounded ripe fruit gives it a long and lingering finish.

Stylish elegant wine of Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Petite Verdot and Chenin Blanc. Dark inky black colour. Initial nose of floral petals, fynbos, spice-cake, white pepper and hung game. Finely textured wine, with firm supple tannins. Mouth filling, concentrated dark fruit leads to a solid finish lifted by touch of Chenin. Serve with rare roast beef, rack of lamb, prosciutto ham, Irish stew, and duck.

During the winter, Valpolicella wine (made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes) is passed over the skins remaining from the production of Amarone using the traditional “Ripasso” technique, which increases the alcohol, body and perfumes of the wine. Aged in oak, this wine is dry and full-bodied with a complex perfume of cherries, red fruits and spices.

This wine is 90% Sangiovese and 10% Merlot sourced from vines 15-30 years of age. It takes its name from Marquis Mazzei's distinguished ancestor Ser Lapo, who is credited with authoring the first official mention of Chianti, on Dec. 16, 1398. It's fresh and structured, with dark cherry, blackberry, smoke and earth notes. A wine of depth and complexity that will cellar for a decade or more.
