Crafted utilising fully-ripe, intensely-flavoured and structured shiraz grapes, the result is a unique Australian style that is now recognised as one of the most consistent of the worlds great wines. This Grand Reserve Malbec has a vivid crimson color with light smoky aromas of black fruits and vanilla. The deep structured mouth reveals stone fruits of plums and dark cherries with hints of black peppers and caramel. Chewy tannins support this elegant finish showing a friendly minerality.

Elegant nose with notes of spice, clove, roasted coffee and vanilla. Complex palate with great depth and vibrant acidity. Good tannic structure with a long, fruity finish.

This wine showcases aromatics in the form of blackberry jam, fresh mint leaf, black pepper, cooked blueberry, black cherry, sweet tobacco (similar to Oscuro Cigars), ripened plum and blackcurrant, with a subtle undertone of butter, courtesy of malolactic fermentation. Once allowed to breathe, notes of leather and cedar become more pronounced, suggesting potential tertiary aromatics. The palate mirrors the nose, with notable flavours of black cherry and blackberry, alongside butter and toasted almond, with a hunt of dark chocolate on the extended finish.

This is a Malbec, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot blend with an intense deep colour. Black fruits and spicy notes on the nose. Elegant, with a long and persistent finish. Ageing has occurred for 18 months in French oak barrels.

Champagne Pol Roger created their Prestige Cuvée in homage to Sir Winston Churchill mindful of the qualities that he sought in his champagne : robustness, a full-bodied character and relative maturity. The exact blend is a closely guarded family secret. Composed exclusively of grapes sourced from Grands Crus Pinot Noir and Chardonnay vineyards which were already under vine during Churchill's lifetime. Pinot Noir predominates, providing structure, breadth and robustness whilst Chardonnay contributes elegance, finesse and subtlety. Cuvée Sir Winston Churchill is only made in the very best vintages and is always released later than the other vintage dated Champagnes from Pol Roger, marking Churchill's appreciation for older wines.

A strong nose of raspberry, fynbos with a hint of mint and violets. Very elegant wine with supple firm tannins and an underlying fruit structure giving it a juicy but full finish. Full of cherries.

Deep red, ruby colour. Wonderfully aromatic, showing typical violet scents, the hallmark of the Touriga Nacional, the wine’s main contributing grape variety. In the mouth, fresh, vibrant plummy fruit, well rounded by the balanced wood integration.

Possessing a deep, crimson colour with aromas of fresh blackberries, boysenberries and cassis. On the palate there are hints of violet, lavender and dark chocolate with a touch of acidity in the lush, fruit - driven finish.

100% Tempranillo named after the winery’s founder, from perhaps the most carefully-tended Pradorey single vineyard, currently being converted to organic status. Temperature-controlled fermentation, aged in 12 months in French and Slavonian oak barrels, then a further 3 months in Nevers oak vats. Colour is dark cherry -red, deep, yet bright. Intense red fruit aromas mingle with vanilla and licorice. Tasty, fresh, with ripe fruit and velvety tannins, Pleasant mouthfeel, very elegant finish.

El Buen Alfarero translates as "the good potter", this artisanal wine is unique and no two bottle are exactly alike as they are dressed by hand. This blend of 95% Tempranillo and 5% Albillo has been aged for 7 months in earthenware jars called "tinajas", just as it would have been over 100 years ago. It is bright, dark-hued purple-red with intense bluish notes. the nose is bold with outstanding red fruits. In the mouth it is elegant, fresh, and tasty with mineral notes combined with red and dark fruit. Round velvety tannins lead to a soft subtle finish.

The palate is rich and complex with sweet floral, honey and hazelnut underpinned with rich tropical fruits and biscuity, sizzled butter notes. The oak is cleverly implanted giving a seamless, silky smooth quality to this well balanced Chardonnay.

Deep, dark brick red in colour. A seamless blend of crème de cassis, hazelnut, cocoa, blackberry preserves and spice on the nose. The palate is rich and satisfying with chocolate brownie, molasses, brown sugar and rhubarb notes. Full - bodied with balanced acidity.

Deep Garnet. Cinnamon, clove, dark stone fruits, vanilla, oak, white pepper, blackberry pie, and subtle notes of fragrant rose. Beautifully rounded and unctuous with a velvety mouthfeel. This refined wine is a sensational expression of what a Napa Valley Cabernet represents with its smooth long finish and fine-grained tannins.

Blend of Petit Sirah, Merlot, Zinfandel, and Petit Verdot. Deep plum with scarlet red highlights. Fragrant aromas of cocoa nibs, dark plum, roasted dates, caramel molasses and star anise. Rich and complex with flavours of ripe dark fruits, chicory coffee, blackberry cobbler, and ripe cherry. This pleasant wine has excellent colour, fine grain tannins and beautiful depth, complemented by natural acidity.

First fruits of Alvaro Palacios' labours to restore Rioja Baja's traditional Garnachas to glory. Bush vines, grown at 615m, at the limit of ripening. Shallow red clay soil over calcium carbonate. Álvaro Palacios Quiñon de Valmira 2015 is a pale garnet colour with gloriously floral aromas. Equally seductive palate superbly ripe with a lift of orange peel and grain of dark chocolate. Very refined; Pinot-like. A great beginning; a vineyard to watch.

This Reserva shows a concentrated colour with aromas of ripe black fruit and elegant floral notes in perfect harmony with some toasted from the oak. Well balanced in the mouth, with firm and expressive tannins, well supported by the volume and lively acidity. The finish is long and complex and will develop further with more time in bottle.

During the winter, Valpolicella wine (made from Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella grapes) is passed over the skins remaining from the production of Amarone using the traditional “Ripasso” technique, which increases the alcohol, body and perfumes of the wine. Aged in oak, this wine is dry and full-bodied with a complex perfume of cherries, red fruits and spices.

This red wine is very dark and densely coloured with attractive purple tints. The aromatic profile is a symphony of black fruited splendor, including black cherry, cassis, black berry, and blueberry pie complexed by notes of vanilla, violets, apricot, and baking spices. On the palate, the wine is plush, silky and sumptuous, with fruit-driven intensity and tremendous length of flavour woven through a matrix of abundant tannins in a medium to full bodied frame.

This rich, supple wine bursts with blackberry and dark cherries with hints of spice followed by lush, rounded tannins and a lingering finish.

Bursting with juicy dark berry aromas and flavors that are simple, yet bright. These concentrated fruit notes come together with a touch of spice that Zinfandel is known for.

Full bodied, with smooth, rich tannins. Flavours of blackberry, plum and spice.

The colour is an intense ruby red with faintly garnet tones. The initial aromatic sensations are sweetish and vanilla-like, typical of wines matured in barriques. The clean, ethereal bouquet then highlights Sangiovese's spicy notes. On the palate we find again very well-integrated oak which soon gives way to hints of wild berries and fruit preserve and to that nuance of spices perceived in the nose.

Predominate grapes in this blend are Corvina, Corvinone and Rondinella.  Notes of fruit in balance with spice and vanilla.

SEGHESIO SONOMA ZINFANDEL

Sena was created as a joint-venture between Eduardo Chadwick and Robert Mondavi back in 1995, with the dream of making a wine that would show Chile’s full potential. The blend is comprised of Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Carmenere, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot grapes. Aging has occurred in 85% New French oak barrels and the balance in Foudres. Deep red colour leads to a nose that reveals floral notes alongside red and black fruits. There are many layers to this wine in the taste profile, consisting of cedar wood, tobacco and bitter chocolate.

Delivers bright, vibrant notes of cassis, cedar, and black raspberries with hints of bay leaves and tilled earth in the background. The palate is full-bodied, rich and plush, featuring a lively backbone and a long finish that displays wonderful purity and precision.

A blend of Alicante Bouschet, Touriga Nacional and Syrah. A vibrant red colour with aromas of gooseberries, black plums and mustard seeds. On the palate, it is full-bodied and elegant with well integrated tannins.

This full-bodied wine offers rich layers of lush fruit and silky, well-integrated tannins. The mid - palate is juicy with mocha and spice flavours. The wine is supported, not dominated by oak. Toasty, sweet notes with graceful, balanced texture. This wine is restrained with excellent structure and acidity with a long, flavourable finish.

Juicy red fruit flavours are effortlessly integrated with notes of caramel and savoury spice that contribute depth to the polished palate. Smooth, velvety tannins and a refined texture give this.

Full-bodied wine with bold fruit flavours. Dark cherry, blackberry and plum enrich the palate, providing excellent structure.

The Ripasso Acinatico is obtained from the Valpolicella Classico way via re-fermentation and a second maceration over grape skins that are still mildly sweet of Amorone and Recioto, thereby enriching the body and colour of the wine. Intense yet subtle nose of spices and vanilla. The warm, full-bodied palate with traces of mature, dried fruits, spices and tobacco is reminiscent of an Amarone.

With fragrant aromas of red fruit, cedar and spice cake, our Cabernet Sauvignon shows the elegant, complex character of Napa Valley in an approachable and enjoyable wine. The palate evolves from bright red currants to dark cherry pie and blackberry jam, accented by pepper and clove spices. Pleasant floral notes join dark chocolaty tannins across the finish and into a lingering finale. Pair with grilled meats, charcuteries or tomato based pasta.

Vivid red/purple in colour with an expansive nose of blackberries, blood plums and chocolatey oak. This blend is a combination of predominantly Cabernet Sauvignon, Zinfandel, Merlot, Malbec, and Pinot Noir grapes. This vintage was aged 21 months in a combination of French, American, and Hungarian oak. Deep garnet colour with aromas of tobacco, baking spice, and cassis. On the palate are flavours of blackberry, dark cherry, ripe plum, and pomegranate. It has a full structure with plush tannins and a lengthy finish.
